Virgin Media and BT 

If your Virgin Media or BT installation didn't go ahead as planned, let us know if the engineer was unable to gain access to your property. Simply email us at customersupport@unihomes.co.uk and we'll reschedule your appointment for the next available date. 


Pine Media


For Pine Media installations, your connection might have been activated remotely by the engineer, or they might not have been able to access your property. 

  • You should have received your router by post. If the engineer didn't arrive during your scheduled installation window, try plugging in your router afterwards.  
  • If your internet connection is working, the engineer likely activated it remotely and doesn't need to enter the property. 
  • If the internet isn't working after plugging in the router and the engineer didn't arrive, please let us know at customersupport@unihomes.co.uk and we'll reschedule the installation.
