If you think that your group would be best suited to the Superfast Fibre Optic connection then we’d recommend selecting this as your choice before your utility contract begins, as there may be additional charges that apply if you choose to upgrade once your contract has started. Please note that if you begin on the standard ADSL connection, you will be upgraded on to the fibre connection with Plusnet, meaning that it isn’t possible to upgrade to Virgin Media once we have entered into a contract with Plusnet.
