We’ll request meter readings for your utilities account every 3 months throughout your contract, including when you move in and out. It's very important you provide these under our terms and conditions so we can continue to offer you our service. These are required to provide to the energy supplier. If you’re unsure where your meters are located, the gas meter is normally located outside of the property or under the stairs/cellar and electricity meters are usually located in the basement/cellar or in a cupboard in your property. If you are still unsure, you can ask your Letting Agent and they should be able to confirm exactly where your meters are located.
