We encourage all our customers to take steps to reduce energy consumption and help reduce carbon emissions.
As we have no specific caps relating to energy usage, you do not have to worry about unexpected bills for higher usage at the end of the year. We do however reserve the right to cancel your account, or remove energy from your package in some circumstances, for example, if your consumption is deemed negligent, or being used for commercial purposes. If this happens, your energy supplier will bill you directly for what is used.
We'll continue to monitor your usage throughout the contract by requesting meter readings every couple of months to provide peace of mind. If your home is fitted with a smart meter, we will automatically monitor your usage.
