Experiencing slow speeds?
Broadband speeds can vary depending on several factors within a property, often beyond our control. If you're having slow internet, try a wired speed test first using an ethernet cable. This will show the speed your router receives, which can differ from wireless speeds. Wi-Fi can be affected by various things within your home, like thick walls or interference from appliances. Simply search for "internet speed checks" on your preferred search engine.
Limited Wi-Fi range?
If your connection isn't reaching certain rooms, consider purchasing a Wi-Fi extender/booster or mesh system. These can help extend the signal throughout your property.
Still having issues?
If the speeds are lower than expected after trying the above steps, contact technical support by calling 0330 053 9350. Select the option for your broadband provider and remember to be near your router when calling.
About your contract
We aim to provide fibre optic broadband with a partner internet provider. However, in some cases, only an older ADSL line (with slower speeds) might be available. This would be the last resort if no other services were available. If a faster speed becomes available at your home during your contract, simply contact us to discuss your upgrade options.
