Each tenant in your group will receive their own unique link to set up a Direct Debit via the ‘Welcome Email’ which was sent during your utility account set-up. Once you’ve entered your bank details to set up the Direct Debit, this will then automatically link to your payments account. Please make sure to fill out your own unique link on the email sent to you to ensure that this is connected to your account.
