We have worked hard to shield our customers from the rising cost of energy by absorbing increased costs over recent months. However, we are a utility management service and your prices are set by energy suppliers, and ultimately the wider energy market.
If energy costs increase as market analysts predict, customers will see an increase in their utility package cost from October 2022. As a company we always ensure our customers come first, so whenever possible we will look to minimise the impact of any price amendments.
Throughout the year, we will continue to monitor the energy market and should it significantly change, upwards or downwards, we may amend your price.
