You may contact us before your utility contract has began to remove the TV Licence from your package if this isn’t needed at your home. Please just let us know if your contract hasn’t yet started and you’d like to remove the TV Licence from your package and we’ll let you know if this is possible.


If your utility contract has already started, we aren’t able to remove this from the package as the TV Licence has already been ordered and paid up-front for your full contract length.
