If your water supplier can see a sudden increase in water consumption at your property, we’ll contact your group immediately to locate a possible leak. If you’ve been contacted about a possible leak, please contact your Letting Agent who will look in to fixing this.
If you have a visible water leak at your property, please follow the below steps:
- Turn off the water ‘stop tap’ if you can – this is usually located under your kitchen sink or an airing cupboard
- If the leak is inside your home, for example at the water pipes, tanks or overflows then please contact your Letting Agent as they are responsible for the fixtures and fittings within your home
- If the leak is outside of your home, please let your Letting Agent know so that they can resolve this and also let us know of this issue so that we are aware
- If you have an emergency leak, you can contact your water supplier directly to resolve this – You can find out who you water supplier is along with their contact details
