Gas & Electricity
Your energy is uncapped, so whilst you should always try to reduce the amount of energy you use, there won't be any nasty surprises at the end of your contract.
We have a negligent use policy in place, which protects us should your usage be deemed as irresponsible, however this is highly unlikely.
Internet
We partner with Virgin Media and Plusnet to offer both ADSL internet (included in the standard cost) as well as faster Fibre Optic services (at an additional cost) where you can expect download speeds of up to 500Mb!
You can choose your internet package at the point of signing up or we'll email you with options closer to your contract starting.
Water

TV Licence
We set up the TV Licence for your property so that you can enjoy watching your favourite TV show or series. You’re legally required to have a TV Licence if you’ll be watching, streaming or recording live TV or watch TV through an online service such as BBC iPlayer.
Don’t worry as the TV Licence in our package covers the whole property and all tenants, so you can enjoy watching and streaming on as many devices as you like!
